If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are based on manufacturer's policies, apply to all dash kit returns:

• If you decide to return or cancel an order, we must charge a 25% restocking fee since dash kits are manufactured on per order basis for every individual customer. Dash Kits are available in over 30 materials and vary in size and options for each vehicle, and are therefore considered custom products.

• Cancellations within the same day of the order will only be charged a 7% processing fee.

• Molded Kits Only - All 3D Molded kits for past year models are non returnable. Past year models are considered all vehicles that have a newer version (new body) of the model released. (ex. Any Nissan Maxima model prior to year 2008 is considered a past year model, since the new Maxima was released in 2009).

• We cannot refund already installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. All returned parts must have the red backing tape on the reverse side still attached and cannot be damaged in any way.

• All Carbon Fiber, Chrome, & Solid Color (Red, Yellow, Blue, etc..) dash kits are not refundable. Molded Custom Colors such as GC, BX, QC, WB, & CT are marked as "non-returnable" and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund.

• We cannot refund customized kits or parts. OEM Factory Match Kits ordered in any color other than OEM Factory Match, are considered customized kits.

• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

BEFORE mailing any product, please contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Form. RA form can be mailed, emailed, or faxed within (please allow 1-2 business days. Once you have received an RA form, you need to print it, attach to the box, and return the product to the address provided.

Warranty - Flat & Molded Dash Kits

All 3D molded dash products and all flat dash kits are warranted to be free from defective workmanship or materials under normal use and service for the life of the vehicle with the original owner in which the products are installed.
