If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are based on manufacturer's policies, apply to all HID Kit returns:

• If you decide to return or cancel an order, we must charge a 20% restocking fee according to the manufacturer's policies

• Cancellations before the product ships, will only be charged a 7% processing fee.

• We cannot refund already installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. HID kit must be connected and tested before the final installation. All returned parts must be in original brand new condition, including original packaging and parts.

• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

BEFORE mailing any product, please contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Form. RA form can be mailed, emailed, or faxed within (please allow 1-2 business days. Once you have received an RA form, you need to print it, attach to the box, and return the product to the address provided.

Warranty - HID Kits

WoodView warrants all HID conversion kits (bulbs & ballasts) for a period of 1 year from date of sale. WoodView's obligations under this warranty are being limited to replacing any kit, part, or parts thereof which shall be returned to WoodView with transportation charges prepaid. This warranty will not apply to any products which have been repaired, altered, or have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper operation or subject to other than normal use or service.
