If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days
of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are
based on manufacturer's policies, apply to all spoiler returns:
• If you decide to return or
cancel an order, we must charge a 20% restocking fee from the unpainted price of
the spoiler, according to the manufacturer's policies. Each spoiler is custom
painted on per order basis for each individual customer, therefore painting
charges are non refundable.
• Cancellations within the same
day of the order will only be charged a 7% processing fee.
• We cannot refund already
installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. All
returned parts must be in original brand new condition, including original
packaging and parts.
• PAINTING CHARGES ARE NON
REFUNDABLE
due
to the costs incurred while painting.
• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON
REFUNDABLE.
BEFORE mailing any product,
please contact us by
email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Form. RA form can be
mailed, emailed, or faxed within (please allow 1-2 business days. Once you have
received an RA form, you need to print it, attach to the box, and return the
product to the address provided.

IMPORTANT: Be careful to package the spoiler exactly as you received it. If the
spoiler is damaged when it arrives at our facility, the shipper is responsible
for damages. Make sure to FULLY INSURE the shipment for the amount you paid for
it.
Warranty - Spoilers
WoodView, warrants products manufactured to be free from defects
in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year
from date of sale. Its obligations under this warranty being limited to
replacing at its factory any product, part, or parts thereof which shall be
returned to WoodView with transportation charges prepaid, and which
manufacturer's examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been thus
defective. This warranty will not apply to any products which have been
repaired, altered, or have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident,
improper operation or subject to other than normal use or service.
