If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are based on manufacturer's policies, apply to all steering wheels returns:

• If you decide to return or cancel an order, we must charge a 20% restocking fee according to the manufacturer's policies.

• Cancellations before the product ships, will only be charged a 7% processing fee.

• We cannot refund already installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. All returned parts must be in original brand new condition, including original packaging and parts.

• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

BEFORE mailing any product, please contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Form. RA form can be mailed, emailed, or faxed within (please allow 1-2 business days. Once you have received an RA form, you need to print it, attach to the box, and return the product to the address provided.

Core Exchange Program

You will be charged a Core Charge for each wheel ordered at a fee depending on the wheel. This charge will be refunded to your account provided you return a wheel for the same model to us. The cores should be packaged carefully and wrapped in foam. Damaged cores will not be accepted, so it is important to package carefully. On orders where we have provided the wheel to you packaged individually, you can use the same box and packing materials that have been provided to re-package your core for return for credit. A full core refund will be issued within 7-15 days.

Warranty - Steering Wheels

All Steering Wheels have a limited 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required. This limited warranty does not include normal wear and tear and is void if product shows evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, collision, road hazard, improper installation and / or maintenance or modification. This warranty does not cover cost of removal, installation, shipping or other incidental charges. This warranty is limited to the repair and / or replacement of the product only at the discretion of the manufacturer.
