If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return authorization
for the item within 7 days
of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are
based on manufacturer's policies, apply to all vertical door returns:
• If you decide to return or
cancel an order, we must charge a 20% restocking fee according to the manufacturer's
policy.
• Cancellations before the
product ships, will only be charged a 7% processing fee.
• We cannot refund already
installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. All
returned parts must be in original brand new condition, including original
packaging and parts.
• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON
REFUNDABLE.
BEFORE mailing any product,
please contact us by
email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Form. RA form can be
mailed, emailed, or faxed within (please allow 1-2 business days. Once you have
received an RA form, you need to print it, attach to the box, and return the
product to the address provided.
Warranty - Vertical Door
Kits
All Vertical Door Kits have a
limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Proof of
purchase required. This limited warranty does not include normal wear and tear
and is void if product shows evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, collision,
road hazard, improper installation and / or maintenance or modification. This
warranty does not cover cost of removal, installation, shipping or other
incidental charges. This warranty is limited to the repair and / or replacement
of the product only at the discretion of the manufacturer. All warranty issues
must be accompanied by original sales receipt and shipping charges prepaid.
