If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are based on manufacturer's policies, apply to all Weathertech® product returns:

• If you decide to return or cancel an order, we must charge a 25% restocking fee according to the manufacturer's policy.

• Cancellations before the product ships, will only be charged a 7% processing fee.

• We cannot refund already installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. All returned parts must be in original brand new condition, including original packaging and parts.

• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

BEFORE mailing any product, please contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Form. RA form can be mailed, emailed, or faxed within (please allow 1-2 business days. Once you have received an RA form, you need to print it, attach to the box, and return the product to the address provided.
